All Del Mar Court apartments have fully equipped kitchens, a lounge/diner with TV and DVD & Sky Freesat. One bedroom apartments and Apt 21 have a bath with shower over. All other apartments have a separate shower and bath. All two bedroom apartments have now been refurbished and now have a bathroom with separate shower as well as bath, wc and basin, new bedroom furniture and lounge furniture including LCD TV's. All two bedroom apartments now have increased accoustic sound proofing between apartments.
Apt 12b our three bedroom apartment will have the living area extended over the 2011/2012 winter and so will have for the 2012 season a larger living area and will be able to accommodate 6 adults and 1 child under 13
This winters work at Del Mar Court will be a complete refurbishment of the paving outside each apartment and surrounding areas of the swimming pool. This work will be carried out between November and February but will depend on weather and contractor. Access to each apartment will be maintained but suggest not suitable for children or elderly without supervision as levels will be uneven whilst work is in progress. Work will start at 9am each morning and finish when dark.
