LE DOUIT - 3 & 4 Star
Le Douit 3 & 4 Star farm apartments, converted from the farms granite barns are situated in a small lane, a field away from St. Martin's Church in the ancient hamlet of La Bellieuse. At Le Douit you will be able to relax and unwind in these peaceful surroundings. A short two minute stroll will find you in the parish centre with its clothes and food shops, chemist, doctors surgery, garage, post office, cafes, hairdressers, and a good old fashioned bakery. If you do not want to cook, make use of the nearby hotels for excellent bar meals or treat yourself in the evening at one of Guernsey's excellent restaurants. St. Peter Port, the main shopping centre, is five minutes by car. The five main south coast beaches and the famous scenic cliff walks are within a one and a half miles radius giving access to over 20 miles of pedestrian paths. At the top of the lane are buses to St. Peter Port.
An area of a field is available for children to play; with a swing and rope for climbing, plus picnic tables in various areas, and table and chairs outside no. 3 and 5. A washing machine and tumble dryer is available in one of the barns. No 3, 4 & 5 have undergone refurbishment over the last couple of years.
Le Douit guests are welcome to use our swimming pool at Del Mar Court - just a two minute drive away.

Electricity and central heating are included in the above rates. Central Heating is not provided in the summer months although electric convector heaters are supplied for your comfort.
CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT - One third of accomodation cost on booking
BALANCE - Due two months prior to arrival and only refundable, less any charges incurred, if whole period is re-let.
The signed reservation form denotes a contract and guests are advised to insure against the possibility of cancellation; if this does occur and the balance payment is due the amount outstanding must be paid in full.
No responsibility can be accepted for injury, or loss of personal effects, while on the premises.
We strongly advise you to take out insurance - Travel Insurance and Healthcare in the Channel Islands
Since 31st March 2009 reciprocal healthcare between the Channel Islands and UK has been dissolved. Anyone travelling to the Islands, which include Guernsey, Jersey, Alderney, Sark and Herm, will be required to pay for medical treatment should they become ill or injured there after this date. Visitors should therefore take out adequate insurance before they travel and the policy should include cover for emergency medical expenses plus repatriation in order that all treatment costs can be claimed. Please note that the European health Insurance card does not extend to include the Channel Islands.
