Del Mar Court Swimming PoolDel Mar Court purpose built apartments provide you with all you need for your family summer holiday or your out of season break. The apartments are built around the heated swimming pool (33' x 18' & 3' to 5' deep), open during the summer months, and sunbathing area. This area is a suntrap and is very popular for visitors to relax. There is a small playing field for ball games, with swings, slide & trampoline etc and picnic benches situated near the BBQ area (for disposable bbq use) Parking, onsite laundry, pay phone & free WIFI.

Last winters refurbishment of the remaining two bedroom apartments has given bathrooms with separate showers and baths, new lounge furniture & LCD TVs plus new bedroom furniture etc as well as increased accoustic sound proofing between apartments - these apartments are now Graded 4*  - Contact us for details.

You have a choice of apartments with one, two or three bedrooms. All have lounge/diners with TV with Sky Freesat and DVDs, bathrooms and fully equipped kitchens.  Please click here to see the property information pages for more details.

Del Mar Court apartments are situated in a quiet lane above Fermain Bay yet only five minutes drive from St. Peter Ports shops and harbour and are ideally situated just off the main St. Peter Port/Airport road, easy to find for both sea and air travellers. Near to major bus routes taking you into St. Peter Ports town centre and harbour in about five minutes or the other way taking you around the island. St. Martins parish centre is close-by for all your shopping needs - you will find a post office, chemist, doctors surgery, hairdresser, food and clothes shops, bakery, cafes, banks and garages. There are several hotels nearby offering bar and restaurant meals within 5 to 15 minutes walking distance.

Del Mar is also an ideal walking centre, the coastal path is only a few minutes walk away. This system of pedestrian paths stretch nearly twenty miles along the spectacular east, south and west coasts of Guernsey.  Please click here for cycle hire information 

Please note that over this winter the living area of our three bedroom apartment will be extended plus we will be adding an ensuite shower room to the larger twin bedroom.  The dining table will be removed from the kitchen and this will now include a freestanding fridge/freezer with the dining table in the newly extended living area.  The occupancy of this apartment will rise from 5 adults to 6 adults plus one child under 13.

This winters work will also include a complete refurbishment of the paving outside each apartment and surrounding areas of the swimming pool.  This work will be carried out between November and February weather permitting.  Access to each apartment will be maintained but suggest not suitable for children or elderly without supervision as levels may be uneven whilst work is in progress.  Work will start at 9am each morning and finish when dark Monday to Friday and Saturday morning only.  Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding this work.

Electricity, central heating and WIFI are included in the above rates.  Central heating is not provided in the summer months although electric convector heaters are supplied for your comfort.

All Properties are non smoking.

CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT - One third of accomodation cost on booking
BALANCE - Due two months prior to arrival and only refundable, less any charges incurred, if whole period is re-let.

The signed reservation form or payment of a deposit denotes a contract and guests are advised to insure against the possibility of cancellation; if this does occur and the balance payment is due the amount outstanding must be paid in full.
No responsibility can be accepted for injury, or loss of personal effects, while on the premises.

We strongly advise you to take out insurance - Travel Insurance and Healthcare in the Channel Islands          
Since 31st March 2009 reciprocal healthcare between the Channel Islands and UK has been dissolved. Anyone travelling to the Islands, which include Guernsey, Jersey,  Alderney, Sark and Herm, will be required to pay for medical treatment should they become ill or injured there after this date. Visitors should therefore take out adequate insurance before they travel and the policy should include cover for emergency medical expenses plus repatriation in order that all treatment costs can be claimed. Please note that the European health Insurance card does not extend to include the Channel Islands.

No pets are allowed.
